If you are creating a Trust or Partnership that will hold title of you mineral interest(s), EZ Transfers can assist you with notifying Oil and Gas operators of this transfer. Operators will require a deed and/or assignment conveying the property to a Trust or Partnership. We will send our EZ Return Pak, simply place your signed and notarized original document(s) in the pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope and place in the mail.

For Trustees who have already obtained conveyance documents that have been recorded in the counties where mineral interests are located, you can upload a copy of your recorded documents below.

Required Documents

If a Trust or Partnership is created:

  • Copy of signed Trust or Partnership Agreement (Upload)
  • Conveyance Deed and/or Assignment (EZ Return Pak)

If a Trust or Partnership is terminated:

  • Dissolution of Trust or Partnership (Upload)
  • Conveyance Deed and/or Assignment (EZ Return Pak)

Changes in a Trustee:

  • Trust Agreement (Upload)
  • Copy of instrument whereby successor Trustee was appointed (Death Certificate, Resignation of Trustee, Appointment of Trustee) (Upload)
