Probate Estate Transfer

EZ Transfers will work with the Executor or Administrator to request division orders for the appointed beneficiaries. This process requires that documents be recorded in the county where the mineral interests are located. Our team will obtain the certified, recorded documents required by the oil and gas operators. Simply provide the information below and EZ Transfers will begin notifying the operators.

Copy of the current owner’s Death Certificate
Copy of the Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration appointing you as the Executor of the Estate

Utilizing our EZ Return Pak, our team will send the Executor or Administrator a pre-addressed, prepaid return package to submit the original documents for recording. Simply advise the preparer of the conveyance documents that you will have them recorded. Place the original documents in the EZ Return Pak and drop in the mailbox and EZ Transfers will begin processing your request.
