EZ Transfers will work with the Executor or Administrator to request division orders for the appointed beneficiaries or designated heirs. This process requires that documents be recorded in the county where the mineral interests are located. Our team will obtain the certified, recorded documents required by the oil and gas operators. Simply upload the required documents and our team will begin notifying the operators.

You should only use this form if the decedent did not own any mineral interests in the state where they resided at the time of their death. If the decedent owned mineral interest in the same state where they last resided, click here.

  • Copy of Death Certificate
  • Copy of Foreign Letters Testamentary or Foreign Letters of Administration appointing you as the Executor of the Estate

We record your documents!

Utilizing our EZ Return Pak, our team will send the Executor or Administrator a pre-addressed, prepaid return package to submit the original documents for recording. Simply advise the preparer of the conveyance documents that you will have them recorded. Place the original documents in the EZ Return Pak and put in the mailbox and EZ Transfers will take care of the rest!

EZ Return Pak

EZ Transfers will send our EZ Return Pak to you. Simply place your original documents in the pre-addressed, prepaid packet,  and put in the mail. EZ Transfers will take care of having the document(s) recorded in the proper jurisdictions.
